New England Blizzard
Original Message   Jan 21, 2005 4:01 pm
NWS Will be issuing Blizzard Watches and Warning shortly. Accuweather has upped snowfall potential for Southern New England areas to 12-24", with possible 60 mph gusts, and thunder and lightning.

Day after tomarrow?? Maybe.........

Will see , but it looks good.

Ya Marshall I would too! But, I would not want to be the one stuck taking the picture while he or she is in the blizzard!

How many UCONN fans out there?   The  question is will you go out in the snow to see Connedticut (UCONN ) women and men play basketball on Saturday?  I will be going to see the women play at the Harford Civic Center @ 2:00 PM,  but I will have to pass on the men's game a 9:00 PM.  I have around a 50 mile drive from Milford and I drive a Dodge Dakota 4x4 Quad Cab so I should be fine - I hope.

Yea, you should be just fine uconnconsinvinny.  Tell us the results afterward.

Shall we make MountainMan the weatherman for this forum?  It's seems someone else did that for us too, but can't remember the name...Mr. Mom?

The forecasts are all over the place for New Jersey.  Anywhere from 6 - 20".

Does anyone have a reliable source?  NOAA shows 10-15" for the area.
