Keep 'em white...
- Again the smoking thing...continued smoking will quickly erase any effect bleaching had on your teeth.
- Brush your teeth or rinse with water right after eating or drinking stain inducing food or liquids. Coffee, colas, etc. fall into this category. And if you like soda, try using a straw and bypass your teeth altogether. Sipping coffee with a straw might be a tad extreme.
- And speaking about brushing your teeth, twice a day will help maintain your pearly whites along with a daily flossing. Once a week use of the whitening toothpaste can help keep them white as well.
- Every four months or so, get another treatment, either by the dentist or your OTC product that worked for you.
