Jogo, Richie, Yates28, ChrisS, Vangellis, Doug: Great pictures guys. Envious of you guys getting some decent snow. All I've got is clear skies and well below normal temperatures. Next week it will warm up to where it could snow, but looks like light flurries only.   Going to be using the leaf blower more than the snow blower. Hey Doug: A couple of questions? Where you located? Please feel free to put it in your profile. Is that a hydrostatic or friction disc drive? I work with a fellow who picked up an HS828 9+  years ago. Lucked into it as the people were moving to an apartment. It is 17 years old now and he's never done a lick of adjustments or repairs to it. Just changes the oil. It has a friction disc drive and tires rather than a track. <<edited to fix bad speling, agin>>

Chris, We won't be going down to our coldest tonight, but the humidity will hit 100% with a low of -15F. Today felt colder (it is around -4F right now) than the coldest day, which was about -22F, due to the penetrating effect of the dampness. Seem to have slight frostbite on my cheeks (face not the other ones  ) as they are tingling right now.

-15 with 100% humidity??   Man I can't imagine that. We hit -18 last night. Had to walk across campus this AM for school and it was still like 4 but I was further south and near the coast.....I think we are looking at 0 tonight. Hey 30's on Sunday if they are right.... C

Thanks for the welcomes everyone, Yes it's a canadian model, not exactly sure of the year,  I was told about 7 or 8 years old. Anyone know what year the electric chute controls came out? Highwind, I'm in Prince Edward Island, Canada and it's the hydrostatic. I hope the hydro drive proves to be as reliable 18Degrees, LOL....... Yeah, looks kind of funny, but I'm actually clearing a path back to my burning barrel.
