The Tractor Collector Commandments
store thy tractor out of doors, except for thy modern iron.
covet thy neighbors tractor, nor his shop, nor his battery charger.
love thy tractor more than the wife and children; as much, but not more.
read Antique Power on company time, for thy employer makes it possible to continue thy tool payments.
despise thy neighbor's Farmall, nor his John Deere, nor even his 2N on steel.
allow thy daughters nor thy sons to get married during the holy days of the national tractor convention.
deceive thy wife into thinking that thou art taking her for a romantic Sunday drive when indeed, thou art going to look at another tractor.
promise thy wife a new addition to thy house then use it to store tractors.
tell thy spouse the entire cost of the restoration, at least not at the same time.
buy the wife a floor jack for Christmas.

aww sheesh... what rules i havent broken ,i have really bent badley. i wish some one would have let me in on the rules a long time ago. i would have been in a lot less trouble. not so much fun though. later chris

Honda 928TA, Ariens 924 STE, Toro single stage S-620, 95 Jeep Wrangler with a 6 foot Fisher Plow, many shovels, one 14 year old boy. Craftsman 01 1000 LTX pimp Gold LT 20hp Briggs OHV V-twin. Tough as it is ugly.
