What is the best time for deals on snow throwers?

This is another seasonal product that is reasonably predictable when it comes to sales.  Since the Home Depot does not want to keep snow throwers around for 9 months they discount them quickly when it looks like the snow is over for the year.  That is late-February-March for much of the country.  Problem is - by the time you pick one up on sale you will be the one storing it until the next season.  Buy a shed?
