When I start the snowblower its in the neutral position, there is no traction lever. It then only inches forword slowly or if I move the arm alittle in neutral it may then stop or inch slowly in reverse. the only lever i have is to ingage the auger.

I found this snowblower in the trash, rebuilt the carb. and got it running. Its missing the belt for the auger and i need the belt size or even better if anyone has a manual for this snowblower?
