When i start my snowblower in neutral it has some movement forward.

Drive belts are suppose to be tight. The adjustment is in the gap of the friction wheel. The other possibility is a weak spring for the return or just old dirty crusty grease causing it to stick. We need more info.

When I start the snowblower its in the neutral position, there is no traction lever. It then only inches forword slowly or if I move the arm alittle in neutral it may then stop or inch slowly in reverse. the only lever i have is to ingage the auger.
