When i start my snowblower in neutral it has some movement forward.

When you say in neutral do you mean that you start the blower put the shifter lever in neutral and the machine moves forward itself without you depressing the traction lever? Is it actually moving forward under power or is it just vibrating and inching forward?  If you are depressing the traction lever and the shifter is in neutral that is another story.  Please provide answers to these questions so we can narrow down your problem

When I start the snowblower its in the neutral position, there is no traction lever. It then only inches forword slowly or if I move  the arm alittle in neutral it may then stop or inch slowly in reverse. the only lever i have is to ingage the auger.
