EAST WINDS 10 TO 15 MPH...BECOMING NORTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH IN THE AFTERNOON.
MONDAY NIGHT SNOW...POSSIBLY HEAVY AT TIMES IN THE EVENING. ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 5 TO 9 INCHES...WITH TOTAL ACCUMULATION OF 8 TO 14 INCHES. WINDY WITH LOWS IN THE MID 20S. NORTH WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.
