I'm in the middle of Canada and it hasn't snowed here in over a week.   We got a few good dumps starting at the end of November and accumulated approx. 14" or so.  Supposed to get some more tonight.  Only around three inches though.  Hardly worth the effort......  Gimme SNOW!!!!

All we get are flurries but the cold is sure coming our way. I'd rather get a few feet of relatively warm snow than bitter cold with no snow. sadly this doesn't look like teh year for us to get a normal amount of snow.

Western Most Canada is British Columbia, NOT Ontario, which lies in the EASTERN, and NOT the western Half of Canada,  So You said that Southern British Columbia Got 5 Feet of snow ?  I Think Not.

You are sort of right. He meant to say Ontario, not Canada, IMO. You can't get much more SOUTH though in Canada. Edit: Note that he did NOT say southern West Canada.

Wow! That's a lot of snow.  We're getting around 16" of snow today in Minnesota.  I've already been snowblowing and it's been fun today.  I'm hoping to have most everything cleared late today when it starts to get rather cold.  Sunday the low will be -10F with the windchill around -30F.

This is really beginning to get irritating! All we're supposed to get today/tomorrow is a bunch of rain while the mid west and Canada gets all the white stuff. I implore upon the Snow Gods to be a bit more equitable with their white treasure!!!

I'm much further North than you are and we are getting a heavy dose of rain up here as I type. I do not think 2011 is going to be a very snowy year for us.
