I have a Kawasaki GA3200A generator.

Once started it will run fine and will restart just fine. The hard starting problem seems to appear after the generator has sat not running for a few days. My brother says it probably loses its prime while sitting. The engine does not have a primer bulb. The choke is simply a wire handle that you pull in or out. I have replaced the spark plug and air filter. I checked for good spark and it has good spark. Any suggestions? Thanks for all
