IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN HONDA ENGINES?

The biggest snow blower HONDA makes is there 1132- it has a gx340 engine. I herd they did something to it for use on there snow blowers for ease of winter starting. Bottom line I want one , to put it on my Ariens- 924DLE. I herd from Honda that I cant buy one unless I buy one of there Snowblowers- The ones I see on line are not for snow- WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE? Does anyone have a good part or model number?
