No reverse on White 10/28

My wife bought me a used white 10/28 snow blower, the unit works great but when you put in reverse the unit goes forward instead of backwards. The friction wheel moves to the left when put into reverse as it should so I'm wondering if the rubber ring needs replacing or is it something more serious. thanks |
