this "eureka" vacuum cleaner is a piece of CRAP!!!!! I hate it.

I bought this vacuum because it has a pet hair attachment and a bare floor setting. The pet hair attachment would stop when you put in on the surface of anything so it is basically worthless and a waste of time to even try to use it. It weighs a ton and very hard to manuever. The bare floor setting (I was told by their customer service rep) is NOT really for bare floors that are wood because, like mine, it scratches the hell out of them. When I contacted the eureka company about this model I was told there was nothing they could or would do to rectify MY problem with THEIR product. I told them they could shove THEIR product up their ____!!! Don't waste your money on ANYTHING made by EUREKA! They DO NOT stand behind their products and their customer service department is a JOKE. I should have known, it was made in China!!! BUY AMERICAN!!!!! |
