No more than others who post and reference Web sites on the Forum which promote their favorite bagless brand with positive testimonials. I call it my FIRST AMENDMENT right of Freedom of Speech to promote bagged vacuums on the Forum. Forum readers can read and/or not read, which is their right.

A couple of noteworthy vacuum sales. SEARS has a one day sale Saturday March 31 only. Featured are 3 SEARS Kenmore models: The cheap canister for $39 (bagged), the Kenmore Progressive (white) bagged canister for $279 and the SEARS bagless upright Progressive for $279.

The two SEARS models for $279 were rated NUMBER ONE in the canister and number 3 in the upright categories by Consumer Reports in March 2007. And the cann, I believe, is the subject of the Mother/Daughter vacuum buying thread posted by Quess Who (Venson) titled: Sucking it up at home.

Fry's Electronics has two HOOVER models on sale from March 30 thru April 3. The Elite bagless Rewind and the SteamVac Upright Carpet Cleaner. Both for $79. The latter is a scaled down version of the Agility and preceded the Agility to market. The SteamVac upright carpet cleaner is as much a vacuum as a SteamVac. Marketed primarily for smaller and harder to clean carpeted areas likes steps and landings. And for quick spot cleaning. I call it a HOOVER FloorMate but for carpets!
