BEST BUY stock is down over $5 a share in intra day trading.  Two major Wall Street brokerage firms downgraded their ratings on BEST BUY to neutral.  BB reported quarter 3 results below street estimates and is predicting poor sales for the Holiday Season.  The problem: High operating costs.  
 
It appears BEST BUY is the only retailer with the bad news, poor results, and downgrades.  Other retailers like Wal*Mart appear to be upbeat and on target for meeting estimates.

BEST BUY supplement gives the feature advertising to VAX for the eight days before Christmas.  
 
Roomba is right up there with the others for sale.
 
The dyson DC14, not advertised for months, gets a conspicuous price drop of $30 down to $499.

First it was the DC11 in Feb 2005.  Now the DC15 in January 2006!  Dyson dropped the ball again.  Bye bye Ball.
