Which? Vacuum Reliability Results Oct 2006

This is the latest Which? survey for Reliability.  SEBO and Miele are usual winners year after year AND LG is a new addition for the year.

Hmmm... almost 48 hours since you posted this, using considerable restraint, I suspect, in describing some of their findings, which I predict will ultimately generate mucho discussion here Wink.  The link isn't the easiest to follow for some browsers, perhaps discouraging some to follow it..

Good info;  thanks, Carmine.    Will be interesting to see how Consumer Union's listings match up when CU has enough Dyson data.

It's good to see Which? and CR modifying their test procedures to test pet hair pick up of vacuums.  Picking up pet hair is far too important to be ignored.  It's curious that some brands that include "Pet or Animal" in the name, do a poor job with pet hair.

These "Pet or Animal" models usually only have an extra mini turbo attachment for getting hair off of furniture better than a regular upholstery attachment.

This does confuse many, since they think that these models have better main brushrolls or more powerful motor.
