Bissell Pet Hair Eraser vs. Sebo X4

My grandma is looking at the Pet Hair eraser because of her shedding Mainecoone and calico cats. She has a Sebo X4 now, but wants the pet hair eraser for the pet hair erasing that it says it does. Is it worth moving down from the Sebo to the Pet Hair Eraser? What's the filter like in the bin of the Pet Hair Eraser? Does the brushroll stop when the handle goes up?
