Missing Another Snow Storm

Just saw the weather report for the Boston area. Possible storm for President's Day. I will be away for the week.

I missed the 2003 President's Day storm, too (about 27" in the Boston area). My brother-in-law did the driveway for me that time.

Just doesn't seem fair.

We had three more flakes today to add to the seven that we have recieved this year. I think I'll ride up to the ski slope and watch them make some snow. It'll probably be the most we'll see this year.

Yes Tom, they do have snow in the mountains!

I got an email today from Snowshoe and they stated they got 12 natural inches a few days ago and are continuing to make snow.

When we were there, 2 weeks ago, they had between 24-50 inches of base. We did get 3 or 4 natural inches one night while we were there. It's funny how much difference a couple of miles makes when it means getting snow. (Elevation changes don't hurt either!)
