Tecumseh starter 120 VAC to 12 VDC

In need of a starter for a HSK70 engine which calls for a 120 volt 33328D.

I need one that can run off a stored 6 or 12 volt battery.

Will a 12 volt 35765A interchange?  If not, any suggestions?

It looks like that is the right part #
from the checking I did.
There are a few on ebay for around $58.00
with free shipping.  Not a bad price.
You'll also have to get solenoid.
And some type of starter button to energize the solenoid.
