Ariens ST824 How old is it??

I purchased this machine used and it is mod. #932101 S/N 017081, can anyone tell me when it was made?? Also my father-in-law has a 28 yr. old Toro 726 that he bought new and is in really great shape/ still has original drive belt on it. The lives in northern Michigan. Does anyone have a idea what I should offer him for it?? He is in his 80's and done blowing! Thanks soo much. MYCATS

If you email ariens the serial number ! They can tell you the year and month it was built.I did that with a ST824 i have last year.And they got right back to me with the year and month my machine was built
