    Try heating the muffler pipe with a propane torch (not red hot)... See if the thermal diffrence/ expansion will break it free,  if that doesn't try using some Kroll, PB Blaster, Mouse's Milk or some other type of penetrating oil on the threads,   reheat and try again after a few hours... .. ..........and use a good pipe wrench.         Something I forgot.... take a punch around the pipe where it starts to enter the bock,  Tap the pipe with the punch and hammer just enough to put a slight dent in the pipe close to the block... This will break the seal - "seal of rust/ corrosion"-- between the block and the pipe to help the oil get in..... Good Luck, Friiy
