I've got a project underway, but would like to bounce some ideas.  I've got a craftsman DLT 3000 that I picked up with a blown motor. Not a problem, pulled the parts, and scrapped the rest. Now, I am going to be picking up an LT 1000, good motor, bad trans.  Is there anywhere that I can find out if the trans will match up?  Can't find a cross-reference anywhere.

I'm not sure of the model #, buti I' m sure your tractor is really a MTD. Check with them
