Gloves or Mittens for Snowblowing?

I am really tired of having my fingers freeze while snowblowing. I know the newer models have heated hand grips and I remember seeing a post on here last year about adding them to a machine but I would prefer to just find a pair of excellent gloves. Any brands in particular that you have found work best?

Hi... Mittens are definately warmer than gloves... I have a mixed-breed... called crab-claw mittens... A thumb... and two "finger" parts... two fingers go in each part... Got 'em from Cabela's... not waterproof... I also put on thin glove liners on 1st... You can also get heat packets for your mittens... Maybe at Kmart... ...Or other type of warmers... including electrically heated gloves that motorcyclests wear... Dave...
Whether you think you can or you can't... you're right.Henry Ford BCS Tractor & snowblower
