Clarence impeller kit or leave well enough alone

I have recently repowered my Ariens 924050 with a B&S intec. The information from this board was invaluable. Got a great place buying the engine on ebay from small engine warehouse. Instead of paying the price from their website ~ I made an offer and saved money. Here is my question. I Love this snowblower (although I miss my 40 year old craftsman, and wish I had repowered it). . .is it worthwhile to install the impeller kit or should I resign myself to having difficulty with wet snow? I have seen the video of Denis' snowblower on youtube. If that snow is what he says it is, my Ariens would have made lovely chute shaped slushcicles. . .advice?
