Original Message   Jan 16, 2005 11:42 pm
I have a Stihl FS250R Trimmer, 725R Ryobi Trimmer, Toro Ultra 225 Blower, Black&Decker Edge Hog, Scotts 6.5HP Self Prepelled Mower, Murray 8HP Rear Engine Rider. So what is yours. The last time I asked this on WTB, hardly anyone posted. So lurkers, get yourself out the door and post! What is your OPE?

My signature lists my OPE.  Favorite has to be the Mantis.  I'm incredibly impressed by the quality of the machine, the work it is capable of doing, and the responsiveness of the company that manufactures it.

Oh yeah I forgot the winter season.  Don't know how I could have done that we had a fire last night to take the chill out of the house - it is the middle of June right?????  For snow blowing I would take a Snapper blower.  I'd have to go with the one of the larger models so I wouldn't have to be outside for that long in the cold and the snow.

Yeah... they both like it outdoors...

Me too !

Hope the grass isn't that tall this weekend... !       Goin' to VT to mow... should be less than 6" tall... mowed two weeks ago there... grass was ~~20+" tall... ugggghhhhh... cut up another good partial-can of beer and cuzzie can-cooler !  Vibrations move it off the tractor !...  Gotta' pay more attention... or drink faster... ! LOL...

Plan on puttin' on new sharp blades b / 4 mowin'... hope the weather is nice !

Been thinkin' about a NEW mowin' tractor... or 6' 3-pt-hitch finish mowing deck for the Kubota... but... I just really like the ole' Gravely with it's 5' deck... Nostalgia... old iron attraction...  or somethin' !...

That Gravely is a nice mowing tractor.  It's also nice to know that you have that nice Kubota tractor, with maybe an A/C system installed sometime?  That would be real handy when it's way to hot to mow.

I would have to say that my Echo Split Boom trimmer/edger is right up there with my favorite OPE. It's nice to just have one piece with two attachments, makes premium equipment more affordable as well.
