Ariens ST 524 Snowblower Wheels

This snowblower is losing air from one of the tires. I want to get the wheel off to repair the leak, but don't see any bolts holding it on. How do I get the wheel off? thanks, John

Wheel is bolted on the interior side of the wheel near the frame. A cross hole with a bolt through the wheel tube and axle.
