Original Message   Feb 19, 2008 12:26 pm
Hi ,we have had 2 big storms here in the course of a week. I normally start a fire in my garage after blowing snow, but i have'nt lately,i went to go blow this morning and my auger won't move, belt starts smoking. Is it possible that it froze up?It got pretty darn cold here again last nite.I used it yesterday and it worked great.Thanks.Don

If your impeller isn't moving, as well as the augers, and your belts are smoking, it is definitely a frozen impeller/fan.
