Toro Powershift - Chute Bounces around.

Hello, Have a Toro Power Shift. The discharge chute bounces all over the Place when Snowblowing. I Aim it in one direction but the Chute and the Directional Handel move around. Is there a spring or Busching that I may be missing or that I can add? |
