Original Message   Dec 10, 2007 10:28 pm
Hi there, what a night of hard work assembling my impeller kit, no much room to work in, took me 2 hours.

here's some pic of the job.

And the guy is happy now!

Thanks for the pics, I always thought the impeller needed to be removed but I see now that it doesn't. Please provide us with your option on performance. BTW, is that a SK ratchet you're using?

Sweet.

Nice job Dennis.

Did you use a long bit as per Fred's (Jubol) recommendation?   Still would have been a tight place to work.  Let us know how she goes.

I use a 6 inches long 3/16 drill bit. I forgot to say that I try the blower after the job was done heheheh, I was laughing to  death, to see all that snow coming out of that chute, you can feel the air blowin out something like 50 feet  high. This kit from Clarence is genius, I recommend it to all of you folks like Fred said you wont believe it.

I own a Ariens ST824 and its very accessible, I use a mini ratchet with a long socket 10mm.

Hi Fred, I live in south shore of Montreal. Tonight it's snowing and we expect near 10cm of wet snow, so tomorrow morning I will turn on the video and show you guy with a youtube link how good the blower shoots!

Regards!
