what are the high and low rpm spec's? i believe i read in someones post that you are not to exceed 3600 rpm !

The HM80 engine has been obsolete for some time due to emissions. While I do not have information specifically for this engine, the current equivalent engines HMSK80 (OH318SA) are similar and have a low idle of 2000 rpm and an operating RPM of 3600 (+/-150 tolerance from manufacturing). I would not recomend you run any higher.
