Fuel Bowl screw came loose.

So I put my carb back together after letting it soak a few days. I put everything back and the blower seemed to run rather nice, untill near the end it started sputtering again so I was wondering what the problem was again, untill I let the blower stop for a few mins and notice a puddle under it in the snow...it was gas.. I shut everything off and noticed the fuel bowl was so loose that gas was coming up and spilling over and down under the blower. I thought I did the nut on tight, but I guess it came loose. Is there something I can put on the bolt to stop it from coming loose like loctite? or would that not be a good idea? I have no idea how much I am supposed to torque the 12MM bolt to.
