Any Craftsman historians out there?
Original Message   Jul 27, 2005 4:47 pm
Does anyone know who the original manufacturer might have been for this old Craftsman tractor?

Yes, thanks Garandman.  Joe will figure it out.  He has posted pictures before, he may have forgotten what site he was on, and that this site does not host it's own pictures.  Matter of fact, I think he posted a picture of a old David Bradley.  Some kind of three wheel contraption sold by Sears for serious gardeners.

This thing.  As long as you had a parking lot to turn it around on, you should be fine.

Sorry about the posting on top of myself, I'm having some problems with multiple browser sessions tonight.

chris,  your Frankentractor is a Roper, isn't it?

Nope on the David Bradley pic. This one is a teeny tiny trike with a single nose wheel and foot pegs just in back of the front axle. I had a difficult time getting the photos to load into my 'puter, and that may be the problem with it not showing up, although it seems to be there when I opened it up this morning.

I'm gonna try some pics again. I don't know why these were so difficult to get into and out of my 'puter. Never mind, I can't seem to get these pics to work at all, even in my own computer. It's gotta be a software issue on my end. This was a totally different tractor from the David Bradley trike, probably about 3 feet long, and resembled a clown's little trike it was so small with foot pegs right above the single front wheel.
