That looks awsome man! Have you noticed that people who are into OPE are the ones that have the best looking places

Great job!

Looks very nice.  Glad you're having some nice weather to get things done outside.  It's been raining here for the last 24 hours and there is flooding across some roads.  It's nice to see that somebody can get outside to make yard improvements.  Kepp up the awesome job.

Thanks

As for the weather...look again! It was RAINING in those pictures! Check the ground. I was cutting in the rain this morning! Nothing like having a 12.5HP walk behind mower when the grass is wet!

There's been at least 5+ inches of rain here in the last 24 hours.  That on top of the heavy rain last weekend and the weekend before - well, I'm just starting to think that the only place to see nice yards is in OPE land.

Keep up the good work and keep the sun filled yards coming through.

Looks graet Brian. My wife says most hostas like shade. A good garden center can be a lot of help. They will look a pictures an make recommendations, soil tests, ect. Maybe not the closest place, maybe not the biggest, but a good place that people recommend.

Nice work Brian. I don't have to worry about trimming my bushes. The deer are doing a fine job.  LOL  So are the neighbors going to play, "keep up with the Changs?"

What's the list of the stuff you pressure washed so far.

Kind of Zen like experience isn't it. The engine noise, watching years of dirt, and mold, and slime disappear, like you are operating a giant magic eraser.

Rob, so far I have done the house, the wooden swing set, the driveway, and some of my OPE.

And yes, the grass and the beds will always be a work in progress...especially if there is fertalizer and water involved!
