Their new 1 and 2 gig sports players have a pedometer built right in that will give you your calories, your distance and how many steps you have taken. Want to know how long it took? Sony included a stopwatch in the package deal as well as the ability to check your progress by uploading to a special website. It’s shaped like a pen and allows you to tune into your favorite fm station. Armband included and you can buy the mp3 player that will help you forget you are exercising for $120 to $150 depending on capacity.

Save up and you can get it before the Christmas rush, as Sony plans to unroll it in October.
