Just moved in to MN from CA. Was excited about using my new snow blower this weekend when it snowed. In the excitement went over the cables for holiday lighting.
The cable wrapped around the "axle" (or shaft) of the auger which threw it off its support housing from one end. One of the shear pins also broke off. With the shaft/axle getting misaligned, this pin is bent and cannot be removed. I tried punching it but does not seem to work. I also need to put back the shaft into its housing.
How can I remove the shaft completely and then put it back in the housing on both ends.
