Shark Navigator Freestyle double power button issue? [Video link]
#1   Jan 20, 2020 1:31 pm
Hello there! I've been having this weird issue with our Shark Navigator Freestyle and am wondering if this could warrant a battery replacement - but just wanted to get some other opinions before pulling the trigger. My wife loves this vacuum so really hoping we can fix it! Here's a summary of the issue: - Turn power on - it immediately turns off - Wait 10 minutes - Turn power on - it works! We've had it for 4-5 years so a battery replacement seems due, but I'm not sure if this symptom is consistent with an old battery, or if it could be a faulty switch, overheat sensor, or something else. Here's a video of the issue: https://vimeo.com/386035719 Does anyone recognize this issue? Thanks in advance!
