Are they the Same

Is the engine in the Lawnboy 33006 (6.5 Duraforce / 2 Cycle) the same as the engine in the Toro 3650 (R*Tek / 2 Cycle)?  The Duraforce is made by Briggs.

Now they are $282.62 (that includes shipping).  I have one on the way.

They are new according to an amazon sales consultant.  He would not tell me how many they had left.  I  had him ran the cost  for the 33006 and it was $344.98 (That includes Shipping).  The shipping is 29.99 and there is a 10% discount code (Yardsale).  I have not finalized the sale.  It seems too good if these are truly like the Toro 3650.  I understand there are some differences, but not many.   I have the Toro costing around $750.00.

What do you think?

A lawnboy 33006 for $350.00 (including shipping).

or a lawnboy 33005 for $400.00

http://www.amazon.com/Lawn-Boy-Insight-20-Inch-Gas-Powered-Single-Stage/dp/B000BB453Q/sr=8-9/qid=1172253286/ref=sr_1_9/103-2437410-8482231?ie=UTF8&s=hi

I hear these are the same as a Toro 3650.  Also, Lawnboy is having a promotion for a extra year of Warranty (3 years, instead of 2) thru 2/28/06.

Good deal or not?
