no belts..... Just take off your engagement thing on on each side of your handle bars and weld togeather your engage piston to your shaft . I alway hate them if that dont work check your spring its next to your tire , {check the other side to see what spring im talking about}if it missing that is the one you need to replace

does your blower have lights??? does your blower work right now?? If your blower dose'nt work change your flywheel ,if your light dont work be happy it wont cost you a lot of money

If your auger moves freely and you rod is is still frozen to your auger ..I think you have more proplems then just a shear pin... I think your auger rusted on your rod And now you have a diffrental proplem. if your a do-it yourselfer it will cost a bit depend if the houseing is crack and if both gears are shot "In other words big bucks"
