I have a Eureka a SA 3011 vacuum. The belt will not tighten. I got a new belt that is the same size and it will still not tighten. I got a new belt tensioner and the belt still will not tighten when I press the gray button down. What is wrong with the vacuum and what can I do to fix it? Thanks GB

Try a smaller belt. The belt that was on it was probably wrong. Btw, double check the model number. I can't find a Eureka with that model number. The closest would be a Eureka 3100 Mighty Mite portable canister. No brush roll or belt on that.
