GHIBLI's Vortech Force has had a makeover. Nice color, nicer lines but not necessarily an astonishing change as the new XR3000 slightly reminds me of the Atlas canister sold door to door an eon or so ago.
Nonetheless, the idea basically remains the same for a war-horse type machine comparable to Patriot, Air-Storm,Miracle Mate and Tri-Star and meant to help you ably slug your way through cleaning day plus last forever. As you can see it employs a Wessel Werks power nozzle. That's nothiing new but a likely outsourced component for a vacuum claimed to possess 110-inch water lift. However, prices on Vortech vacs are way up there. You'll want to think before investing. As I have never seen one in anyone's home here on the east coast, I don't have a clue as to where Vortech's main American lies.
