I'm just passing through but am pausing to shout a loud hurrah. I came across a fresh LegalNewsline.com article re Kirby selling tactics in Connecticut. Attorney General George Jepsen and the Department of Consumer Protection have brought to bear agreements re advisements to prosective buyers and have also won the state $25,000 from Kirby.
I in no way am making commentary on the proiduct itself but the sipshod manner in which Kirby is often foisted upon the public.
