Well this is the Karcher model, of which the Carpet Master vac you speak of. It is the Karcher CV30 and for the most part is Karcher's own design. They did use SEBO uprights/Windsor Versamatic for a while before branching out on their own and some of the components on the CV30 are by SEBO. The bigger foot one is the Karcher CV38. They are similar in feel but have a manual height adjuster as opposed to electronic hydraulic assistance.
