Per the article via the following link Dyson is offering two new Dysons -- the DC24 and DC25 Drawing cleaners .  They are slotted for stores as of May 2010.

I'm a bit confused as the model numbers to my knowledge are not new an am looking for pictures now.

Yes there's a telescopic handle -- but that was employed on the first DC24 , right?  Also thgere appears to be a slight alteration to the cleaning head.  I was expecting a little more due to the press release.

Having just read the links you've added here Venson, I wouldn't expect very much - its a limited edition that has been put out in white with other distinguising marks to show that it is a design model. All of it is marketing speak designed to trap the consumer and it is typical of Dyson, if not all brands these days when they bring out a different colour.

I opine that hopefully these are not the new launches recently boasted about here by dyson and others.  If so, it's the same old dyson same old.  Sizzle and no substance.
