An interesting device that, due to our mandatory poop-scopping laws, it could go over big here if its efficient and easy to use. Still . . .  from the look of it I'd be a tad skittish about taking it outside in  New York,  I'd probably be surrounded by cops in a matter of seconds.  How do you hold it, extra baggies and your dog's leash with your hands up?

By the way, Fran Lee, the consumer advocate and activist who helped push New York City toward putting a "scoop" law in effect, passed away last week.

Holy cow!  Another idea for poop clean-up is in the news.  I think the idea's cool but don't quite understand the easy-going attitude that lets pet owners off the hook.
