Great little advert although Dyson says the City weighs 5.2kg? According to the website it has a dirt capacity of 0.68litres and all the marketing online states that city dwellers need something compact for cleaning. I like the idea but even my old Sebo K1 weighs 5.5kg and a 3 litre dust bag that doesn't clog until it gets full! Looks like I'll be sticking with the Sebo!

5.2kg converts to 11.4 lbs 5.5kg converts to 12.1 lbs

It's just shy of the dc24 11.65 pounds. I thought the 26 would be a little lighter then that.
