We had these in the UK, albeit very briefly under the Vax label, (Im sure it carries the model number V0 83) and although thin they are very handy in the sense that they can use any universal mop head. In the UK we have universal elasticated microfibre sponge heads that are ideal to be tied over a simple t shape broom, thus cheaper and don't have to worry about buying in certain spares just for the steam cleaner itself.
