NASA and the Dustbuster . . .
Original Message   Aug 4, 2008 2:01 pm
Hi,

Following is a link to an article in the Peoria News.  In this news story, the Dustbuster as we know it, is deemed to be a development following Black & Decker's design of a self-contained portable drill for the Apollo moon landings between 1963 and 1972.  http://www.pretorianews.co.za/?fSectionId=&fArticleId=vn20080803094931985C467946

The article lists a total of 50 consumer products that have been influenced by items made especially for use in our space program over the last 50 years.

Best,

Venson
