For those interested -- I just checked out the Sears website and was surprised and pleased to find some changes. Customer reviews are are now available regarding the vacuums on sale. Also, vacuum manuals can now be downloaded in PDF form. free of charge. In past they could only be acquired through the parts department. However, prospective buyers must know the complete model number of any machine they might have ia mind to gain advance knowledge of.
To me this is a tremendous improvement.
