Just got the word the Miele Callisto and the S163 Broom received a BEST BUY from Consumers Digest. Wonder if CR will follow suit?

I doubt CR will.  They tend to prefer to rate what I consider mediocre mid priced vacuums as best.  Consumer Digest tends to be more into rating vacuums for what they are.  My experience with vacuums tends to let me agree with CD's ratings than CR's.

If my memory serves me correctly ONE vacuum that they both agree on is the Eureka Boss Smart Vac bagged upright.  An industry stalwart that has been around for while.  Rarely advertised, rarely on sale.  Retails for about $129-149.

They rate it a best buy year after year.
